Who uses this site
Vegas Convention Calendar is built for the people who have to plan around big Las Vegas shows:
- Corporate event planners and agencies booking client dinners, receptions and parties during show week.
- Exhibitors and sponsors hosting customers off the show floor, who need venues, transport and entertainment.
- DMCs, venues and vendors watching which weeks will compress the city.
- Talent buyers and hospitality teams working back from book-by dates.
Every show page answers the questions these buyers ask: dates, venue, how full the city will be, and when to book talent, private rooms, hotel blocks and transport. That is the moment your placement appears.
Straight talk: we launched in fall 2026. We don't publish traffic numbers yet, and we won't make any up. That's why these are founding-sponsor rates: low, simple, and with no long contracts. We'll share real numbers with sponsors as they come in.
Placements and founding-sponsor rates
Launch pricing for early sponsors, in USD. Rates will rise as traffic grows. Sponsors who book at founding rates keep them for renewals through Dec 31, 2027.
Per-show sponsor slots
$99 or $249 per show cycle
On a specific show page (for example, CES 2027). Each show page has four slots: two party / private-event venue slots, one ground transport / DMC slot and one entertainment slot (one advertiser per show).

A show cycle runs from when your slot goes live through the show's closing day. The price depends on the show's size: Major = 20,000+ expected attendees (the sourced figure on that show's page); every other show is Standard. Each show page lists its price. At checkout, tell us the show and slot you want.
Homepage featured listing
$299 per month
Your event, venue or service pinned in the featured spot on the homepage, under "Coming up in the next 90 days." One sponsor at a time.
Newsletter sponsor
$149 per issue
The single sponsor block in The 90-Day Vegas Outlook, our weekly email (Tuesdays) with every show in the next 90 days and book-by alerts (see past issues). 4-issue pack: $499.
"Big Week" takeover
$750–$1,500 per week
Own one of the busiest weeks: the homepage featured listing for the two weeks leading in, the featured spot on that week's page, a slot in your category on every tracked show page that week, and the sponsor block in two newsletter issues before the week. One sponsor per week.

How sponsorship works here
- Every paid placement is labeled Sponsored. We don't sell editorial: fullness scores, dates and book-by dates are never for sale.
- The entertainment slot is open to any agency, speaker bureau or production company. Today it shows a house ad for Altus Entertainment, whose president curates this site (disclosure). When another advertiser books a show, the house ad comes down for that show.
- Slots are first come, first served. Pay online with Buy now (secure Stripe checkout), or use the inquiry form and we'll confirm availability and send an invoice. If a slot you paid for is already taken, we'll offer another show or a full refund.
