Education & STEM Conventions in Las Vegas

The education events tracked here serve teachers and students: VEX Worlds is a robotics competition for student teams, Get Your Teach On is professional development for K-12 teachers, and CareerTech VISION gathers career and technical education teachers and administrators. Expect families and school groups at VEX and classroom-focused sessions at the teacher conferences.

We track 5 education shows in Las Vegas, from Major events with 20,000 or more attendees to Small ones under 1,000; 4 have listed dates between Jan 16, 2027 and Dec 8, 2027. The largest on the calendar is VEX Robotics World Championship 2027, with a published figure of about 60,000 (organizer figure, year not stated, per its source), followed by Get Your Teach On Las Vegas 2027 (~5K) and CareerTech VISION 2027 (~5K).

Where they meet: LVCC hosts 2 and Caesars Forum hosts 1 of these shows; the rest use other Strip resorts and venues. Shows that span two venues are counted at each.

No single month has more than one education show; they are spread from January to December.

None of these shows falls in a week we rate Packed or Sold-out, so education attendees usually find more room availability than during the city's biggest convention weeks.
