VMware Explore 2027 Las Vegas

How full will Vegas be during VMware Explore 2027?

Busy: expect firmer rates near the venue; book private dining and group blocks early.

VMware Explore 2027 falls mostly in the week of May 3, 2027, which we rate Busy: about 52,905 trade-show attendees in town (pro-rated), counting VMware Explore 2027 and 4 other tracked shows that overlap its dates.

1 show(s) in this window have no published attendance, so the real number is higher.

Overlapping shows

• WasteExpo 2027 May 3-6, 2027 · LVCC · ~14,000
• HD Expo + Conference 2027 May 3-5, 2027 · Mandalay Bay Convention Center · ~10,000
• The Car Wash Show 2027 May 3-5, 2027 · LVCC North Hall · ~8,505
• ServiceNow Knowledge 2027 May 4-6, 2027 · TBA (Las Vegas; third parties say The Venetian) · ~20,400

Each Monday-Sunday week gets one score: the pro-rated attendance of every tracked trade show in town that week. The score sets the week label. A show carries the label of the week that holds most of its days (ties go to the busier week), and on a week page every show card carries that week’s label, so a tile and its week never disagree. Method.

Sources and notes

Probably under the 5K bar (a third party cites 4,700+ for 2026; no organizer figure, not used). Kept because it shares the week with WasteExpo/HD Expo/Car Wash/ServiceNow.
